Looking for a way to use those scraps. Use them to make a decorative frame.
Here is how it works ... purchase a chipboard frame, cut your scraps slightly larger than the edge of your frame, roll each cut piece to look like a straw. Glue in place on the frame to your desired design. Add some embellishments to dress it up.
